What's the Job? The Senior Implementation Project Manager (PM) is a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders to ensure complex implementation plans are executed for large-scale enterprise US clients. An advocate for the customer, they manage and lead successful deployment of implementation plans for new clients while continuously seeking ways to improve processes and create efficiencies.

The PM coordinates both internal and customer stakeholders; builds plans; and manages timelines, tasks, and hours to meet customers' goals and expectations. What You'll Do Serve as project manager for the post-sales customer journey Manage and own the success of projects from end to end to include scoping, planning, solution designing, executing, risk/issue mitigation, communication planning, and stakeholder management Gather information from customers to analyze their needs, creating customized implementation plans that support business objectives Identify, monitor, and communicate any project risks and scope changes that arise, following change management procedures Build and foster strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and high-level executives Manage resource planning and utilization to drive progress, achieving Novidea and customer milestones Own and drive process improvements, software documentation, and implementation success, with sole responsibility for deliverables and exceptional customer experience Assist sales team with pre-sales support in constructing project budgets, conveying the overall PM methodology to prospective customers Determine and identify additional software and/or service opportunities during implementation engagements Create and deliver project presentations and status reports to internal and external stakeholders, communicating key accomplishments, next steps, and issues/risks Facilitate regular project team meetings with internal and/or external stakeholders Mentor junior team members Continuously develop project management skills and knowledge and Novidea subject matter expertise What You Bring 5 years of project management experience implementing InsurTech SaaS solutions, primarily in the Property & Casualty (P&C) space, a must Strong business acumen in the P&C insurance space with the ability to speak the business of insurance a must Extensive experience managing and executing complex projects, in scope, on time, and on budget, for a variety of customers simultaneously Considerable experience with the above tasks for large-scale enterprise customers (top 100 P&C insurance companies) Strong ability to build and foster relationships with internal and external contacts at various levels, from end users to senior leaders and executives Strong ability to collaborate with customers to identify their challenges and pain points to drive solutions Extensive experience with project management tools Considerable experience with agile development tools such as JIRA Ability to anticipate the unexpected, identify and mitigate risks/issues, and navigate organizational chains internally and externally to find answers and drive results that solve problems Outstanding written, oral, and presentation communication skills with ability to communicate project updates, issues, milestones, and risks to high-level stakeholders Enthusiasm and ability to work in an environment of change with ability to drive results past spots of ambiguity A team player mindset with ability to work with global teams and stakeholders Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time If You Bring These, Even Better Hands-on technical knowledge of and skill in using Salesforce Skill in and experience using Smartsheet Experience working in a startup PMP certification Life at Novidea We hire people, not just skills.
