Summary

The Senior Implementations Manager (Business Analyst) is a member of the Client Delivery team in the Operations organization, which also includes the Product, Business Operations and Relationship Management teams. The Senior Implementations Manager is responsible for special projects, managing the department's schedule, development sprint planning and solutioning of implementations and client change requests. In addition, this role is responsible for leading configuration and launch tasks and acting as the team lead and subject-matter expert for the department's project managers.

This individual acts as a Client Delivery analyst, escalation point and technical collaborator for the entire organization to ensure all are receiving the necessary information to complete projects accurately and on time. Responsible for coordinating and actively participating in meetings, communicating clearly, creating and managing associated project plans while providing a high level of internal and external customer service.

Position Essential Functions

  • Provide leadership and oversight for Client Delivery and enterprise projects as well as assigned special projects

  • Supervise assigned Project Managers, Senior Project Mangers and provide feedback and coaching

  • Lead the discovery, requirements, solutioning and scheduling of department's projects

  • The position requires direct internal and external client engagement, acting as a subject-matter expert and escalation point for client and enterprise projects

  • Monitor department's project delivery to identify areas for improvement and development of actions plans, training and process documentation

  • Proactive and regular outreach throughout the project phases, enforcing documented project plans and ensuring required deadlines are met

Preferred Experience

  • Business Analysis, preferable within financial services

  • Card payments and / or issuing

  • Rewards and loyalty

  • Ability to represent technical delivery tasks to non-technical and\or business resources.

  • Shown success in effectively driving delivery

  • Jira/Confluence

  • Salesforce/CRM

  • Leadership and coaching

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant work experience

  • Minimum 5 years project management, preferable within payments

  • Minimum 3 years leading or managing corporate initiatives

  • Minimum 2 year card processing, issuing and/or loyalty/rewards

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

  • Occasional out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected and could be up to 25%.
