Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across the Laboratory Solutions portfolio (Core Lab & Specialty) to attract and retain Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) clients.

  • Coordinate strategy for growing Siemens Healthineers share of wallet in existing IDN accounts.

  • Coordinate market research, create targeted campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts to IDNs. Such as: define portfolio strategy, product launch and end of life strategy within the IDN segment; defines segment market size, target market, customer personas, and customer requirements necessary to meet market demand and adoption; and in collaboration with Marketing Operations teams create innovative campaigns to support the segment-based value offers and drive the desired target audience buying behaviors.

  • In partnership with Global and North America Marketing, Sales, Scientific & Clinical Affairs and Executive Leadership teams, create relevant customer engagement tools focused on the clinical, operational, and financial value of the portfolio.

  • Work closely with all core laboratory marketing teams to ensure portfolio synergies and alignment on go to market strategies.

  • Develop and deliver expert-level customer presentations on the advantages of the Siemens Healthineers Laboratory Solutions portfolio.

  • Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of healthcare trends are essential for success in this position.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Minimum BA/BS degree with emphasis in marketing and/or commercial execution excellence; MBA or MS preferred.

  • 7+ years of relevant marketing, sales, or strategy development experience.

  • Laboratory Diagnostics experience required.

  • Experience with Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) strongly preferred.

  • Results oriented; ability to design scalable solutions to address business questions and/or challenges; self-motivated and organized to successfully complete high-quality work projects on time; attentive to detail.

  • Ability to work across business lines and partner with various stakeholders to build consensus and achieve business results.

  • Strong customer-facing skills from needs identification to delivering executive business case presentation.

  • Ability to lead and effectively collaborate across multiple marketing and sales organizations.

  • Strong analytical skills, with proven track record of creativity in problem solving and customer needs resolution • Expert knowledge of the Core Lab segment and IDNs, its challenges & solutions.

  • Experience in a matrix organization and the ability to influence beyond lines of direct control.

  • Experience in leading multi-cultural teams and building relationships.

  • Ability to travel (25%), as needed.

The pay range for this position is $145,000-$200,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is (15%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
