At BlackBerry we provide the gold standard in security with the experience and certifications to back it up. We are looking for an experienced Senior Identity Management Systems Administrator to be a part of the BlackBerry Global Technology Services Identity Management Team.
The successful candidate will be accountable to support and lead ongoing security assessments and remediation activities for identity management server and application health. In addition, the candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, partners and customers to deliver systems that are used by the entire company and directly integrated with our enterprise focused products and services.

Support and lead ongoing security assessments, remediation activities and Identity Management server and application health
Research, innovate and where possible automate approaches for system administration
Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholder
Capacity plan, determine future needs and investigate new products and features to support new growth, acquisitions and divestitures
Provide world-class support and reinforce customer confidence
Partner with other System Administrators to effectively manage customer issues and escalations, as well as customer satisfaction
Ability to work on call support rotation for 24/7 and 365 days a year (business hours + On Call Support)
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent professional experience of at least 10 years
Experience with a variety of Identity Management solutions and processes, IDaaS
Expert knowledge of multi-factor authentication, PKI, SAML, OAuth, SSO technologies and Active Directory
Working knowledge of Linux authentication including PAM and SSH authentication
Experience delivering authentication services to cloud providers such as AWS and Azure
Ability to script in PowerShell, VBS, Java, and Linux shell
General understanding of ITIL process, certification preferred
5+ years technical experience integrating strong authentication, access management and PKI into clients, infrastructure and applications
5+ years IT experience including security vulnerability remediation
Consistent record of improving the security posture of enterprise systems using strong authentication and credential management
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with information technology professionals, senior management, auditors and vendors
Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into meaningful user stories
Agile, Lean and Self-Service methodologies
Proven ability to architect, implement and execute technical solutions
Superior communication (fluent English written and verbal) skills required
Strong customer service orientation with a keen sense of urgency and priorities
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills which enable you to juggle several priorities while continuing to meet deadlines
Strong partnership and collaboration skills; able to develop and maintain effective relationships with peers, executives, customers, and other internal and external stakeholders
US Citizenship required due the the FedRAMP regulations.
Prior experience with FedRAMP or FISMA controls desired
