Printpack is seeking a qualified Sr. IT Integration Specialist III. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and have strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator/Gentran Integration Suite (SB2BI).

In addition to the technical skills required, the position requires business savvy and customer service, and occasional travel to plant systems sites. This position will be located in Atlanta, Georgia and report to the IT Applications Development Team Lead.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owner of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator which handles all B2B and other internal/external system integrations. This includes EAI and ETL processes for:

  • B2B Integration (EDI and non-EDI)

  • Internal System integrations

  • Lead administration, monitoring, and support of integration processes using the Sterling dashboard and other monitoring tools

  • Lead development of new business processes including writing BPML code and using the GPM and Sterling map editor

  • Administration and configuration of the document management system

  • Lead onboarding of new trading partners

  • Drive continuous improvement of our integration platform and business processes

  • Act as the subject matter expert for all integration technologies and initiatives

  • Communicate directly with internal and external customers to drive projects to completion and resolve issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 10+ years experience developing/implementing IT solutions

  • 5+ years experience in SB2BI administration, BP development, and mapping

  • A commitment to continuous professional development

  • Experience working in a team environment under stringent time constraints

  • Proven experience working closely with internal and external customers to implement solutions

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of networking and communications protocols (e.g. HTTP, HTTPS, AS2, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, SOAP/REST web services) including WSDLs, security, certificates, and keys

  • Experience in configuring and calling services and adapters such as File System Adapter, LWJDBC adapter, SFTP and FTP adapters, HTTP adapters, CommandLineAdapter2, etc

  • Knowledge of EDI standards (X12)

  • *nix shell scripting experience

  • Proven knowledge of XML handling and conversions (XSLT, XPath)

  • Java development (Oracle JDeveloper / ADF preferred)

  • Some knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne with a focus in EDI

  • General understanding of database and general IT Concepts (e.g. virtualization, cloud computing, platforms)

  • Experience querying databases using SQL queries (Oracle PL/SQL or MS T-SQL)
