We are looking to add new talent to our growing team! We are currently seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist to work in a technical support role with highly skilled professionals on diverse project teams in a dynamic environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing group and company and get involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients. This is a full-time position located in our Rochester, NY office.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will:

• Support the development and execution of technical approaches to problem-solving, specifically as related to hydrogeological evaluations and supporting remedial corrective actions under regulatory programs and in adherence with client objectives.

• Conduct/lead and support management of routine data collection, synthesis, and analysis using approved procedures appropriate for the hydrogeology discipline.

• Document project-related activities.

• Conduct/lead and support management of field oversight of drilling activities using various drilling methods, geophysical logging, and well construction.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• B.S. degree in engineering (geotechnical, environmental geological), environmental science, geology, hydrogeology, or other related discipline. (7-10 years' experience).
• M.S. degree with a concentration in Hydrogeology desired.
• 7-10 years of environmental consulting experience including designing, managing and implementing groundwater monitoring compliance programs, conducting hydrogeological investigations, and assisting in the design of groundwater remedies.

The salary range for this position in Rochester, NY is $75,000 - $90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions. Haley & Aldrich reviews salary ranges each quarter to assess competitiveness with the market.
