Full-time, Permanent Where: Lebanon NH Pay: $35-50/hr, based upon experience and skill level Benefits: Health Insurance, Paid Vacation, Truck and Dispatched From Home w truck/van, ipad, phone Job Responsibilities:

Inspect & Repair: Troubleshoot & repair adjust parameters on VFDs, troubleshoot and repair BAS & BMS control systems Chillers including reset, centrifugal and cooling towers, package units, split systems, air handlers,, VFDs, VAV systems, and cooling towers. Replace compressors and motors as needed.

System Control: Navigate and manage building automation control systems. Clear alarms, reset parameters on VFDs, troubleshoot repair and make edits BAS & BMS systems.

Leadership & Professional Attributes: Self-starter with a consistent work schedule. Ability to function effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Train and mentor new technicians. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of HVAC systems, VFD, BMS controllers, BAS, and standalone controls. Proficient in proper refrigeration practices and brazing techniques.

Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds repetitively, and climb and work from ladders up to 40 feet. Qualifications: 5 years of related Lead OR Journeyman HVAC experience with equipment Certifications:

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Universal EPA certification. Vermont Type S electrical license.

VT and/or NH Natural gas certification VT and/or NH LP gas certification, NH and/or VT NORA Silver oil certification. Valid driver’s license.
