The Senior Human Resources Manager will provide HR leadership and partnership for the Columbia, MD based Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) leaders and teams. Reporting to the Vice President, HR for ISC, this individual will enable organizational capabilities across the ISC functions in Columbia and support the attainment of business and people/talent goals, including talent acquisition and development planning, employee relations and communications. You will be responsible for leading and executing critical annual HR processes for talent management, talent development, succession planning and compensation planning and work with ISC leaders in planning and executing functional projects and change management initiatives. This position also entails program management responsibilities for the Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP). Responsibilities include:
Partner with ISC functional leaders to plan and execute organizational strategies and ensure organizational capabilities.
Provide consultation, design and guidance on organization design structures.
Ensure the assigned functions have the resource capability and bench strength to achieve Grace's business goals and growth strategies.
End to end engagement in HR functional responsibilities, including talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations and communications, performance management, compensation and related areas. Work with HR Centers of Excellence (COE's) to drive implementation and sustainability of key HR strategies.
Provide leadership, guidance and counsel to the functional leaders on matters related to talent, organizational change, and human capital planning.
Organize and execute on all key annual processes such as performance management, compensation planning and talent reviews and day to day HR processes.
Partner with ISC and HR leadership on driving programs, policies, and procedures. Coach and enable leaders.
Participate in regular ISC tracking and reporting meetings related to ISC and HR KPI's (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity/Costs)

BS degree in Business, Management, Psychology or related
10+ years of experience and progression in HR management and demonstrated project/program management experience.
Proficiency with HR systems and processes
HR experience in a manufacturing plant environment with responsibilities for driving employee engagement, communications strategies and positive labor and employee relations
Experience in working with functional leadership teams on planning and executing complex projects and organizational change initiatives, along with working with global teams and diverse cultures
Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma principles
