The Senior HR Manager at Maranatha High School is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the compensation benefits and HRIS functions of the Human Resources Department. The Senior HR Manager serves as a strategic partner, working collaboratively with the school administration and staff to foster a positive work environment that supports the mission and values of the school.
