The Senior HR Generalist/HRBP is responsible for leading and supporting core talent processes to include performance management, strategic talent reviews, compensation planning & onboarding. As a HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders to drive key talent iniaitives to achieve desired business objectives and outcomes.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
5 years of progressively responsible related HR experience serving as a business partner and/or supporting core talent processes such as performance management, strategic talent reviews, etc.
PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical and business information and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
Proficient experience working with an HRIS.
