Act as liaison between Meridian Partners and PEO.
Regularly review and update Employee Handbook and Company Policies as required.
Manage Onboarding/Offboarding processes for all new hires & separations.
Assist/support Recruiting by providing salary data, offer support and guidance for following local, state, and federal employment requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, ensuring the integrity of employee data.
Serve as a first point of contact for employees' HR-related inquiries, maintain confidentiality, and provide an excellent employee experience.
Collaborate with leadership to optimize current people processes and create new ones to support employee engagement and company culture.
Support the team during Performance and Compensation cycles:
Adjust performance review form templates as needed
Ensure all forms are submitted on time
Review forms for completeness and consistency across managers
Work with Executive Management to determine compensation adjustments annually
Assist managers in delivering reviews and compensation adjustment information to employees
Maintain the repository of reviews and compensation adjustments.
Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.
Maintain internal department process documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify organizational and HR department needs in the spirit of continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU BRING FOR SUCCESS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
Significant and progressive HR generalist experience
A minimum of 3 years with an IT Professional Services or Consulting Firm and 1 or more years with a small, fast-growing company.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite of Products.
High emotional intelligence, with the ability to coach and advise both managers and employees in alignment with company goals and values.
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and a curious mind and a desire for continuous learning.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to give and receive open, constructive feedback in a way that cultivates trust and respect.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to handle private and personal information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Experience administering HR policies across multiple states, federal contracting and Talent Acquisition support is highly desirable.
