Reporting to the VP People Success, you'll be responsible for partnering with senior and executive leadership in providing guidance, frameworks, courage, and process to a rapidly scaling organization. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth and breadth of strong functional human resources expertise, business acumen, cultural awareness, consultative skills, and customer service orientation. The person in this role is a self-starter and true executive consultative people partner in all ways. S/he should have proven experience driving business concepts and aligning business needs with people-centric solutions to move the business ahead in a hyper-growth environment. The candidate should also be able to demonstrate interpersonal awareness to effectively build and sustain strong partnerships with trust and credibility across the business, and at the leadership level.

  • Be the true people partner to senior leadership (SVP/VP) within your partner organization in order to drive the growth of the business and organizational effectiveness

  • Drive the strategy, assessment, and frameworks for making the people in your partner organization as successful as humanly possible

  • Drive the development and execution of talent management processes including leadership calibration, talent reviews, and succession planning

  • Provide day-to-day guidance to cross-functional leadership on capability gaps, bench strength, organizational health, all in partnership with other People & Culture functions

  • Partner deeply with leadership to improve and enhance the overall employee experience

  • 10+ years in a HR Business Partner role with strong experience in holistic people strategy at the leadership level

Reporting to the SVP, Global HRBP for Global Sales & Client Solutions, we are seeking a HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the GSCS team. The individual will sit in our New York or Boston office and will provide HR business partner support to managers and employees throughout the United States. Working independently, the HR Business Partner delivers a wide range of HR services to the employees and management team. They are responsible for strengthening the employer-employee relationship, to influence and to engage staff and their managers in solving challenges using effective HR strategies, and to ensure the business has the tools and skills necessary to meet the organization's business goals and mission. The HR Business Partner also provides day-to-day employee assistance. This partner will communicate, champion and execute HR initiatives that drive the organization's culture, operational and growth goals. Responsibilities: * Drive the implementation of Human Resources goals and objectives with business leaders * Effectively coordinate and implement talent strategies and other human resource programs * Partner with the recruiting team in the management of the recruitment & selection process for senior hires * Ensure the local delivery of all HR functions in a consistent, efficient and streamlined way, helping local employees navigate the HR organization * Provide first line support for all employees' inquiries. Address and resolve employee relations concerns and help foster an effective, productive, progressive manager/employee work environment * Monitor employee climate to identify issues/trends and develop recommendations for problem solving with other HRBPs, local colleagues and business units as appropriate * Work closely with mid and first line mangers to drive talent management strategy by talent mapping, identifying emerging talents and conducting Talent Management Reviews * Work in conjunction with Global HRBP, business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (Total Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Operations, and Global Mobility) to deliver HR processes such as performance review, employee engagement survey, development review, year-end compensation and promotion processes * Diagnose individual, team, and organizational issues that are negatively impacting culture and performance and recommend and facilitate delivery of the appropriate intervention to increase performance * Partner with management, Total Rewards, Finance, and Legal to review incentive plans and recommend plan changes that enable the organization to reach strategic goals * Support the year-end compensation and promotion processes in liaison with global HR team * Stay abreast of industry trends within the intersection of HR and Financial Technology * Responsible for building the FactSet brand within their assigned portfolio Leadership Behaviors: * Operates with an Enterprise Mindset.
