Our client is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to improve the HR processes and initiatives to enhance overall business performance and capabilities. Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance by maintaining knowledge of federal and state regulations
Improve the HR processes and initiatives to enhance overall business performance and capabilities
Assist with recruiting training and development programs
Maintain all HR policies and assist in the interpretation
Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and complaints
Establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
Work closely with management and employees
Counsel managers on employment issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
8+ years of HR industry experience, preferably with a growing organization, in resolving complex employee relations issues through performance management
Spanish speaker
5+ years of knowledge in a broad range of HR functional areas
Knowledgeable of the functional areas of Human Resources
Extensive knowledge of California employment law
PHR, SPHR, SHRM, or other HR certifications preferred
