About the opportunity:
The Senior HR Business Partner provides full-cycle human resources partnership to the Technology and Product org leaders and management. The role is both a strategic and hands-on role, which includes driving culture, improving organizational effectiveness & design, leading change management, providing leadership coaching, and driving functional excellence with supporting HR tools and processes. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR business partner who can effectively interact with business leaders at all levels, possesses excellent communication skills, and has strong business acumen.
What your contributions will be:
Serve as an employee advocate and counsel with executives and managers to address performance issues and optimize the productivity of individuals and teams
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities within Technology and Product Management.
Regularly provide coaching/guidance on skill & professional development, career pathing/architecture and leveling, change management, and sensitive people situations.
Identify and advise leaders on the development needs of their teams and functions.
Conduct investigations and facilitate resolutions of employee concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Analyze trends & use data to develop people's insights and influence change.
Responsible for the new employee onboarding process.
Manages and tracks all employee disciplinary actions.
Reviews benefits with employees and processes enrollment, cancellation or changes.
Administer leaves for assigned departments.
Partners with the People team to coordinate employee recognition programs/engagement and active participation in the Engagement Committee.
Conducts exit interviews, new hire surveys, analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
Other duties as assigned.

What you need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent years of experience.
7+ years of practical HR-related experience, of which 6 years of HRBP (3 years supporting Technology)
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational planning, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
Experienced HR professional with a track record of success partnering with the business.
Courage to confidently express an independent point of view to influence leadership.
Excellent at developing collaborative relationships with a diverse group of leaders with varying styles
Must possess impeccable integrity and will demonstrate a level of credibility and business acumen that has earned her or him trusted advisor status among managers
Takes initiative and stretches beyond the direct sphere of responsibility as a partner to the management team
