Position Overview: The Senior HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that support our operational goals and enhance employee engagement.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the food manufacturing landscape, capable of partnering with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and foster a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement impactful HR programs and initiatives across various specialty areas.

Take ownership of core HR programs that align with strategic business objectives. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations while providing guidance to HRBPs and managers. Offer strategic input on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Oversee and drive talent acquisition efforts to ensure a high quality of hire. Lead, mentor, and develop Operational HR Business Partners. Analyze HR trends and metrics alongside the HR team to create effective solutions, programs, and policies.

Collaborate with leadership to provide insights on organizational structure and workforce planning. Participate in the development, evaluation, and monitoring of training and development programs to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with objectives. Address current and future challenges by devising appropriate measures and creating actionable roadmaps.

Advocate for and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Support international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.

Lead social and ethical audits at the location. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred 5 years HR experience with experience leading people Manufacturing or distribution experience Ability to coach and develop leaders and HR team members. Expertise in one or more HR functional areas such talent & succession, performance management, or people & organization development Strategic thinker with strong business acumen Strong conflict resolution skills Effective decision making and prioritization.

Ability to analyze data/KPIs to identify and execute continuous improvements. Experience in program & process management. Very good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships throughout the organization. Team player with a positive mindset
