The Senior Human Resources Assistant is a key role within the Human Resources function and provides administrative and project coordination support for HR directors/managers and their teams while maintaining strict confidentiality in carrying out responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Maintains personnel files, retrieving information as required
o Receive and Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
o Make travel accommodations and reservations
o Order and maintain office supplies
o Manage calendars when requested
Provide project coordination as needed.
Maintain all associate and HR related data within any HR information systems.
Submit invoices for HR related work for processing.
Leverage resources to coordinate meetings, collect data and communicate pertinent information.
Perform new hire orientation for new associates on first day
Answering routine to complex requests and inquiries from associates.
Respond to Audit requests from various internal and external groups.
Recommend and implement process changes to improve efficiency, consistency and/or regulatory compliance.
Assist in training new HR associates with processes, forms and procedures as necessary.
Special project support as assigned.
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and a minimum of 5 years Human Resources administrative or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic experience with compensation/market pricing software (e.g. ePrism)
Travel is not required.
