The JBS USA Pork team is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst to be based at our Corporate Office in West Greeley, CO.

The primary responsibility of this role is to improve, track, and manage KPI's for the Pork Division, as well as to facilitate Pork involvement in both BU and Corporate led recruiting, training, and development.


  • Managing Key Performance Indicators across all 5 Pork processing facilities

  • Providing accurate and thorough information to the Senior Team to make informed decisions when setting goals

  • Sending KPI performance updates to Plant and BU Senior Leadership teams on a weekly basis

  • Ensuring the BU's alignment with the JBS Performance Management Cycle

  • Implementing BU Specific Training Programs and managing the execution as a central contact for all five plants

  • Facilitating BU involvement in the Training and Development programs led by the Culture and Talent Team

  • Working together with other Business Units and Shared Services to identify best practices and areas of opportunities

  • Assisting in increasing applicant flow for high level and hard to fill positions within operations

  • Improving communication and implementing other Pork-wide HR initiatives

  • Ability to travel to plant locations approximately 25%

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in an operations, analytical, or talent development role
  • experience in a plant or manufacturing environment strongly preferred

Business Ally * Coordinates and assists the local management staff to achieve their goals and objectives. * Drives business performance by utilizing knowledge of the business and the interrelationships to influence strategy and decision-making. * Contributes to business performance by utilizing knowledge of financial concepts and being able to identify the key factors affecting the business units financial performance. * Strategically drives and recommends business process consistencies. * Ensures positive employee relations by proactive employee communication, prompt issue resolution and fair & equitable treatment. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree required; major in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Labor Relations, Psychology, or other related field preferred. * PHR/SPHR Certification preferred. * Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources. * Ability to lead national and local projects. * Demonstrates expertise in Labor/Employee Relations, Recruitment and Selection, Benefits and Compensation, as well as policy and procedure interpretation. * Prior experience supporting multi facility with prior labor relations experience. * Requires effective oral and written communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy. * Ability to work and communicate effectively with others across levels and functions while working on multiple tasks in a matrixed organization. * Ability to make decisions based on all relevant information and builds recommendations and solves problems, based on this data; may use spreadsheets, performance indicators, or other tools to analyze the data.
