What You'll Do

The Senior Human Resources Analyst reports to the Human Resources Director. Duties include developing and maintaining internal and external training programs; providing direct training to employees; anticipating immediate and long-term workforce needs; designing and implementing employee recognition programs; representing Human Resources at community meetings; managing an assigned budget; supervising a Human Resources Technician; and working effectively with cross-departmental teams. Interview Process

All applications, rsums (required) and supplemental questionnaires received will be reviewed for minimum qualifications. A limited number of the most highly qualified applicants will be invited to participate in the examination process which may consist of an oral panel interview, tentatively scheduled for August 30, 2019.

An eligible list will be established for those who pass the examination process. Current and future vacancies may be filled from this list. The list will remain in effect for at least six months, with the possibility of an extension for an additional six months. Once placed on an eligible list, and at the time a vacancy occurs, eligible candidates may be contacted for department level interviews.

The HRBP manages a local San Mateo HR and Office team focused on delivering Specktakular employee experiences and proactively driving culture and engagement strategies. Speck is driving culture and business strategy transformation, and this is an exciting time to be at the forefront of their evolutional journey. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources at Samsonite with a dotted line to the President of Speck.
