Senior Human and Operational Performance Lead
This job contributes to success of the Juno Manufacturing Plant (JuMP) by helping to lead the adoption and implementation of human's factor design in a CAR-T cell Therapy GMP environment across all site business processes. You will help drive the human factors in our operations and laboratory teams while maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality. This position will have a direct impact on our patients by ensuring safe and repeatable operations.
Advocate for end users in collaboration with other professionals including engineers, quality operations and senior managers.
Reinforce learning culture as a key priority of Human and Operational Performance,
Write, train and coach employee population on Human and Operational Performance concepts, thinking and tools.
Design cognitive aids, such as procedural storyboards or decision support systems.
Seen as the go to resource for to shift mindset and thinking in Human and Operational Performance.
Develop or implement human performance research, investigation, or analysis protocols.
Collect data through direct observation of work activities or witnessing the conduct of tests.
Investigate theoretical or conceptual issues, such as the failure modes and weak signals.
Conduct interviews or surveys of users to collect information on topics such as requirements, needs, fatigue, ergonomics, or interfaces.
Conduct research to evaluate potential solutions related to changes in equipment design, procedures, manpower, personnel, or training.
Performs statistical analysis of behavioral and subjective user data.
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Organizational Psychology, Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent
Experience working in and influencing decisions Leader and peers
Demonstrated history of advocating and coaching small teams of SME's.
Advanced facilitation skills and change agent abilities.
Ability to lead people indirectly and through influence.
Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance applicable to biologics and cell therapy manufacturing.
Proven experience in project management, facilitation, and change management.
