Ramsey Solutions exists to provide biblically-based, commonsense education and empowerment that give HOPE to everyone in every walk of life. Our mission to change the world isn't easy. We face resistance every day because what we believe is absolutely countercultural. We're weird. We hate debt. And we actually cut up our credit cards . . . like, for real. We don't use them in our entire business. Bottom line: We don't use debt-period. Some of us are still fighting our way out of it, but we aren't going back in.

Our team is currently in the final stages of choosing a new HRIS system, and we're looking for a Senior HRIS Manager to help us implement it!

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Contribute to the achievement of the HR and IT functions by effectively and efficiently managing the implementation and support of information systems solutions.

  • Support HR functional business processes including Performance, Compensation, Talent, Learning, etc. by introducing leading technology solutions within our new platform.

  • Perform feasibility studies, translate requirements into appropriate designs, define application scope and objectives, prepare proposals, and implement technology solutions that align with HR objectives.

  • Manage resources and tasks, develop contingencies, adjust scope, monitor the project status, control project plans, delegate responsibilities, manage costs and provide feedback throughout the system development lifecycle.

  • Directly supervise and coach project team members as well as to conduct the performance review process for direct reports.

  • Keep up-to-date on HR information systems trends and business models

Skills needed to win:

  • Greater than 5 years of IS/IT experience in business application design and/or systems development, including implementation and configuration of software as a service (SaaS) platforms.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in personnel supervision and career development.

  • Experience with HR business process automation through HRIS platforms such as Paycom, Workday, Taleo, or ServiceNow HRSD is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated project management skills, including defining, organizing, planning, and executing projects throughout technology deployments.

  • Extensive analytical abilities and technical skills to evaluate alternative approaches and to recommend the most feasible and economical solutions.

  • Proven ability to design application solutions using the appropriate systems architecture, structures, and network technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and effectively participate in cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to effectively perform job responsibilities remotely with global teams, colleagues, and managers.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in audience-appropriate terms.

About Ramsey Solutions:

  • We're a debt-free company that was founded in 1992 by Dave Ramsey.

  • We have over 1000 team members who are 100% dedicated to our mission.

  • We believe collaboration, innovation, and a shared sense of mission come from being present with each other. That's why all of our team members work together under one roof at our headquarters in Franklin, Tennessee.

And by the way, we're not stuffy or corporate around here. Here are some of the perks and benefits at Ramsey Solutions:

  • A 401(k) match of 4% after one year as a team member (you can still contribute in the first year)

  • Health insurance on day one with a $500 HSA match every year

  • One fully paid workweek of ministry time after one year to volunteer for your favorite charity or nonprofit

  • Generous PTO and paid sick time off
