Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to maximize Peoplesoft and other related systems to refine an ERP infrastructure that is operationally integrated and efficient while also capable of providing value-adding reporting, analytics & forecasting for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing current HR & business practices and utilization of the system and recommending improvements.

  • Collaboratively implementing enhancements as appropriate.

  • Developing, producing reports, forecasting and analysis.

  • Leading HR through software updates, etc.

  • Collaborating very closely with Finance and IT.

  • Managing projects.

  • Training users.

  • Maintaining and updating user documentation.

  • Ensuring continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience with Peoplesoft in an HRIS analyst or similar role.

  • Exceptional expertise with Peoplesoft required. Experience with modules HR, Applicant Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Training/e-Learning, Performance Management, Absence Management and Financials preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in interfacing Peoplesoft with vendor systems required.

  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing HR reporting and analytics.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate, influence, and educate others.

  • Exceptional time management skills including the ability to manage projects and multiple competing priorities.

  • Innovative yet detail oriented.

  • Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all MHS staff are considered role models to MHS students.

  • Candidates should be willing to actively engage with MHS students.

This is accomplished through the measurement of risk and communication of the risk management framework. JOB SUMMARY: The Cyber Risk Management Specialist (CRMS) is responsible for ensuring operational excellence of cyber security risk management activities, including but not limited to: * Performing technical risk assessments on PSH and COM Information Systems using established processes * Ensuring communication and awareness of the PSH and COM Security Risk Management framework * Ensuring cyber risks are appropriately managed within risk appetite tolerance and limits * Contributing to the aggregation and reporting of cyber risk metrics and information * Supporting cyber security strategies and reporting * Acting as a subject matter expert for cyber risk management and engaging with cross-functional teams MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Intermediate Level Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology or in a related field AND 4 years of experience in cyber risk management. OR 8 total years of experience and education. Senior Level Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology or in a related field AND 8 years of experience in cyber risk management. OR 12 total years of experience and education. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proven understanding of cyber security risk assessment and risk management procedures and methodologies * Ability to correlate enterprise risk with appropriate administrative, physical, and technical security controls * Experience using and/or managing a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool * Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, standards, practices, and technologies * Strong knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements (i.e., HIPAA, PCI, etc.) * Proven strong background in cyber security and operational processes This job description is a general outline of duties performed and is not to be misconstrued as encompassing all duties performed within the position.
