A Senior HRIS Analyst is currently needed for a position in Philadelphia, PA!
Our client company is a network related to mortgage insurance, mortgage and real estate, and risk management services.

The Senior HRIS Analyst has skills of an HR Analyst, a Business Analyst, and a Program/Database Developer.
They are responsible for changing business processes, creating Reports, troubleshooting problems, and performing security configurations. This a contract position that starts immediately and offers $85 an hour!
Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst include:
Gathering and reviewing user/client requirements.
Identifying and evaluating options.
Writing programs and code to develop systems and integrations.
Performing user acceptance testing and delivering user training.
Identifying opportunities to improve current processes and implementing improvements.
Maintaining data integrity by identifying, researching, and analyzing problems.
Managing vendor interfaces, including processing, accuracy, monitoring, error identification and resolution.
Serving as HR system production support, including system configuration, process monitoring, error resolution, and upgrades.
Updating system tables, codes and security profiles, work flows, business rules, and password maintenance.
Developing partnerships with HR leaders and managers by providing clients with the accurate data needed to run their business.
Developing Complex COGNOS/MS Access reports that will support our lines of Business.
Assisting in developing metrics/scorecards within Radian to support data driven decision making.
Working on-site and then progressing to working remotely 1 or 2 days.
Producing all monthly reports, and any standard reports needed.
Helping with other technical projects when needed.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 4 years of WorkDay experience required (knowledge of setup, architecture, and maintenance)
Experience with WorkDay Recruitment, Payroll, and HCM business processes within WorkDay
Extensive internal customer service/support experience
Overall HR knowledge (Recruiting, Employee Admin, Compensation, Payroll, etc.)
Exceptional MS Excel skills (for report development)
Proficient problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
Effective communication skills (to correspond with staff and vendors)
Strong work ethic and able to work well in any environment

Position Overview: This is a mid-level professional administrative position responsible for working with the division's Human Resources information systems, Ceridian and in 2019, Ultimate Software, as well as other software systems used for organizing, analyzing and planning work. The primary focus of this position is the support the maintenance of the human resource information system in addition to other systems supported by the Human Resources. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and use of the division's employee data system, for ensuring adequate security controls for the proper safeguarding of confidential data and ensuring the integrity of accurate employee information, and for providing information, training, and technical support to system users. This position works under the general guidance of the Divisional Human Resources Director. The position is expected to establish priorities and collaborate with administrators internal and external to Human Resources. This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Database Administrator also supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. The position will also serve as a liaison to the Information Technology Services department. Responsibilities * Assists in development of policy recommendations, procedures and processes related to Human Resources systems. · Serves as the system administrator responsible for assessing the impact of all system-related changes on integrated functionality to ensure efficient, effective operations are maintained. Maintains the security module within the Ceridian System as well as CESA in order to restrict access, and designate authority levels for data entry and report writing for each user to assure both operational efficiency while assuring the compliance and integrity of all internal controls. The HRIS Administrator must be flexible and know that other duties related to the Human Resources function in the PENDEL Division will also be required. Qualifications Analytical Skills: HRIS analysts work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions. Communication Skills: HRIS analysts are often called to present their findings or translate the data into an understandable document. You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas. Critical Thinking: HRIS analysts must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings. Attention to Detail: Data is precise. HRIS analysts have to make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions. Math Skills: HRIS analysts need math skills to estimate numerical data. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University. Master's Degree in related field is helpful. At least four years of prior Human Resources experience in a high-volume environment. Prior successful work HRIS work experience in a multi-site, multi-user relational database environment (such as with Ceridian HRIS and/or UltiPro) is required. Knowledge of cloud-based HRIS/Payroll Systems with Time and Attendance integration is a plus. Outstanding organizational and administrative skills. Integrity in all matters and outstanding level of confidentiality and vigilance for data security. Typing (i.e., keyboarding) skills of 60 WPM, with high accuracy. At least three years of previous data management experience with a large integrated HRIS database system (1000+ records) is required. Ability to export/import large amounts of data from Ceridian Latitude. Ability to manipulate large amounts of data in Excel using formulas (ie: vlookup, text to column, concatenate, exact, basic mathematical functions, pivot tables.) Use SAP Crystal Reports to create user-friendly reports connected with Excel with data exported from Ceridian Latitude. Understand Crystal Syntax to create advanced formulas. Basic SQL knowledge used to query Ceridian Latitude. SQL knowledge to edit Powerqueries. Table join knowledge. Understand the security setting in Ceridian Latitude (row level security, column level security, system roles, user groups.) Previous experience with HRIS conversions, Ceridian Latitude and UltiPro experience a plus. Able to fully use the following Windows-based computer software packages: Work, Excel) to include word processing and spreadsheets. Detail oriented, logical thinker. Problem-solving skills. Must be a self-starter who can work in an environment with multiple, changing work priorities, and under strict deadlines.
