A Senior HRIS Analyst is currently needed for a position in Philadelphia, PA!
Our client company is a network related to mortgage insurance, mortgage and real estate, and risk management services.

The Senior HRIS Analyst has skills of an HR Analyst, a Business Analyst, and a Program/Database Developer.
They are responsible for changing business processes, creating Reports, troubleshooting problems, and performing security configurations. This a contract position that starts immediately and offers $85 an hour!
Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst include:
Gathering and reviewing user/client requirements.
Identifying and evaluating options.
Writing programs and code to develop systems and integrations.
Performing user acceptance testing and delivering user training.
Identifying opportunities to improve current processes and implementing improvements.
Maintaining data integrity by identifying, researching, and analyzing problems.
Managing vendor interfaces, including processing, accuracy, monitoring, error identification and resolution.
Serving as HR system production support, including system configuration, process monitoring, error resolution, and upgrades.
Updating system tables, codes and security profiles, work flows, business rules, and password maintenance.
Developing partnerships with HR leaders and managers by providing clients with the accurate data needed to run their business.
Developing Complex COGNOS/MS Access reports that will support our lines of Business.
Assisting in developing metrics/scorecards within Radian to support data driven decision making.
Working on-site and then progressing to working remotely 1 or 2 days.
Producing all monthly reports, and any standard reports needed.
Helping with other technical projects when needed.

Minimum of 4 years of WorkDay experience required (knowledge of setup, architecture, and maintenance)
Experience with WorkDay Recruitment, Payroll, and HCM business processes within WorkDay
Extensive internal customer service/support experience
Overall HR knowledge (Recruiting, Employee Admin, Compensation, Payroll, etc.)
Exceptional MS Excel skills (for report development)
Proficient problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
Effective communication skills (to correspond with staff and vendors)
Strong work ethic and able to work well in any environment
