Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, the Senior HRBP will be responsible for leadership development, team effectiveness, and employee engagement activities.
Build strong relationships through a highly consultative, collaborative, and active-problem solving approach
Drive the business vision and lead the strategic initiatives in organization design and talent strategies to accomplish the vision both short and long term
Foster an environment that leverages diversity and builds in best practices for collaboration
Create and implement team effectiveness strategies to impact market share growth
Develop talent management and succession planning programs
Design retention strategies that are aligned with our total reward platform
Implement learning programs that include activities and tasks that support the organization's culture and initiatives
7+ years of HR experience
Experience building and executing employee engagement and development programs
Expertise in organizational design and performance management
Deep knowledge of HR policies and practices
Strong facilitation and coaching skills
Strong business acumen
