Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, the Senior HRBP will be responsible for leadership development, team effectiveness, and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships through a highly consultative, collaborative, and active-problem solving approach

  • Drive the business vision and lead the strategic initiatives in organization design and talent strategies to accomplish the vision both short and long term

  • Foster an environment that leverages diversity and builds in best practices for collaboration

  • Create and implement team effectiveness strategies to impact market share growth

  • Develop talent management and succession planning programs

  • Design retention strategies that are aligned with our total reward platform

  • Implement learning programs that include activities and tasks that support the organization's culture and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of HR experience

  • Experience building and executing employee engagement and development programs

  • Expertise in organizational design and performance management

  • Deep knowledge of HR policies and practices

  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills

  • Strong business acumen

  • Bachelors Degree
