Bachelor's degree and a minimum of six (6) years of HR experience, preferably in a university environment OR a Master's degree and a minimum of four (4) years of HR experience.
Special Conditions
The department is especially interested in candidates with a working knowledge of primary HR disciplines - compensation, employee relations, staffing, benefits, compliance/regulatory and organizational/employee professional development, as well as change management knowledge and experience and project management experience. SHRM certification preferred.
