Seeking a Sr. Helpdesk Technician to coordinate with our IT Inventory team to process order and check for fulfillment, desktop deployments and receive shipments.
Position Responsibilities;
Collaborate with technical and support teams to improve deployment and support.
Report to Inventory team on deployment progress
Coordinate Inventory team in deployment activities regarding imaging, prepping, deploying, asset retrieval, data wiping, asset returns etc.
Work closely with SCCM team to ensure that images are accurate and complete, including all software / configured properly, and signoff from department is obtained on image.
Ensure deployment inventory is properly tracked and documented in ITAM (IT Asset Management System)
Ensure team meets agreed SLAs, productivity, quality and customer service standards for deployment activities.
Coordinate Inventory team to perform Quality Assurance tests on imaged machines, to ensure end point devices are consistent with requirements.
Participate in testing of end point software, hardware, and deployment processes
Provide support across all our locations
Perform other duties related to role as requested.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of related helpdesk experience
Experience with IT Inventory Management is required
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as Maximo, CA Service Desk
Experience with Windows 10 is required
Willingness to take ownership and be accountable where appropriate
Strong technical background that will allow for an understanding of our infrastructure/environment.

Position Description As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support a team of professionals in all facets of their daily business routine. Roles and Responsibilities Advisor and Client Assistance * Facilitate the on-boarding and on-going coordination of client maintenance including helping to maintain banker pipeline and inputting call memos * Help gather, track, monitor and maintain information and status from various sources and assist in the submission of detailed due diligence reports (KYC) and account opening documentation * Execute client mailings (holiday cards, Reading List books, mortgage applications, etc.) * Professionally field phone calls, address issues or redirect as appropriate, and distribute messages in a timely and appropriate manner * Assist with overflow, ad-hoc projects and day-to-day tasks as assigned Office Administration * Coordinate with advisors and internal events team for coordination and support of events (ticket allocation, RSVP tracking, and in some cases, event organization and follow-up) * Schedule internal/external meetings, appointments and coordinate conference calls * Coordinate group coverage schedule (i.e.: lunch hours, vacations, training and temporary assistance) * Organize travel arrangements (air, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation) for advisors * Compile and submit expense reports in a timely manner, order and maintain office supplies * Regional: Manage internal client center where applicable - (greet clients, setup of rooms, order catering and manage reservations via the Event Management System) * Regional: Liaise with business management regarding office resiliency planning and execution Technology * Comprehension and proficiency of proprietary J.P.
