We are searching for an innovative Senior Healthcare Economics Analyst to join our experienced team. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-demand analysis and reporting in support of business and State data requirements

  • Analyze Clinical, Operational, and Quality metrics

  • Support reporting projects to completion by contributing to reporting requirement gathering, documentation and development including dashboards and analytic tools for self-service analysis and research.

  • Maintain and update automated reports on multiple reporting platforms

  • Develop and support relationships with our health plan and State business partners in support of meeting State and Medicaid goals and objectives

  • Support short and long term operational / strategic business activities through analysis

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 1 years of experience in business / clinical healthcare analysis, that includes gathering and documenting business requirements

  • 1 years of experience creating queries with SQL, PL/SQL; ability to analyze data

  • Intermediate level of proficiency working with MS Excel including formulas, calculations, charts

  • Experience in Crystal

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background/experience in healthcare and clinical data

  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology

  • Experience with Microstrategy a plus

  • Experience with MS Project, SharePoint

  • 1 years of work experience in a corporate setting

Job Summary: The Senior Principal Operations Analyst provides support to the Senior Director of Operations by managing multiple complex projects that each carry a high level of departmental risk. The Senior Principal Operations Analyst manages the day-to-day functions of Enforcement's Regulatory Liaison program, manages RSA client reporting, performs records management duties, provides guidance to investigative teams on data privacy, coordinates oversights and internal audits, manages department procedures and assists with coordinating departmental training. Essential Job Functions: * Regulatory Liaison: assists with managing the program by: * Guiding Enforcement staff nationwide with responding to regulatory and law enforcement requests for information, including overseeing reviews for BSA and privileged materials. * Responsible for evaluating requests and reviewing responses to ensure that they are complete and accurate and that all confidential information being shared is appropriate and within scope of the request. * Government Oversights: assists the Regulatory Liaison with oversights conducted by the SEC and other regulatory agencies. Includes gathering documentation, identifying and coordinating relevant staff and their information, and writing draft responses. * Data Management: assists with creation and ensuring accuracy of reports provided to RSA clients, department senior management and the Finance Department. * Internal Audit: Assists with Enforcement responses to Internal Audit, including identifying and gathering documents and responsive information. * Records Management: supports Senior Director of Operations in ensuring the department's records procedures are effective and assisting staff to ensure they follow both FINRA and the department's procedures correctly. * Training: assists in defining training needs with management and staff. Manages internal and external continuing education program accreditation and coordination. Works closely with Shared Services Training in developing and maintaining new training for all enforcement. * Enforcement Portal: assists in management of the department's portal to ensure that it is up to date, useful and relevant to the needs of the department. Other Responsibilities: * Handle diverse assignments that require in-depth knowledge of the departments and/or company's policies and procedures. * Lead other departmental projects as necessary. Education/Experience Requirements: * Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten years of experience in securities regulation or compliance. * Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Demonstrated ability to work quickly on multiple time-sensitive matters. * Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact at both senior and junior levels inside and outside the company. * Experience with FINRA systems used in Enforcement (CRD, STAR, FINRAdocs, etc.) preferred. * Knowledge of federal securities laws and specific knowledge of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 is a plus.
