Team & Role:
This role will be responsible for developing, coordinating and bundling our Treasury Services Banking-as-a-Service strategy for our Bank, Brokerage and FinTech clients. This solution set will consist of multiple layers of products and solutions including Virtual Account Management, Compliance and Data Services as well as overlayed Payment Services. The individual will need to work with, influence and in some cases own directly the Product Management related to these products, their roadmap and the requirements needed to support a BaaS model to expand our offering and value proposition for white-label financial services to Banks, Broker Dealers and FinTechs for an enhanced larger value proposition. This role will be responsible for refining, proposing and executing the development and acceleration of our BaaS strategy to scale Treasury Services across this client base and into new prospects. This will further require close coordination with other business lines across BNY Mellon to align on capabilities, gaps and our marketing/sales strategy to represent a holistic solution across the firm beyond Treasury Services.
Partner with stakeholders in Product, Operations, Technology, Digital Partnership & Third-Party Governance to identify a proposed go-to-market strategy.
Support the Payment Product Management Team by working across Product owners to identify needs, gaps and potential solutions.
Engagement with Relationship Management to work with clients and prospects to identify and validate the business case for a proposed product and/or strategy launch.
Develop a go-to-market business case, obtain support from key stakeholders and obtain required approval for a multi-year phased launch plan.
The successful candidate will demonstrate/possess:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
12+ years of total work experience is preferred.
Experience in Product Management, operations, client management preferred.
MBA or CFA preferred.
Product Leadership Certification preferred.
Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
