OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of branding and marketing principles. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating compelling visuals that communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, tech or similar industry
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Miro, Figma and other design software
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design
Ability to take creative direction and feedback while also bringing your own unique ideas to projects
Experience with video editing, animation and motion design is a plus
Knowledge of Hubspot. HTML, CSS, and web development principles is a plus

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Develop and execute visually appealing designs for a range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, brochures, whitepapers, and more
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce creative campaigns that align with our brand identity and goals
Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and improve their skills
Ensure consistency in visual branding across all marketing channels and materials
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and development, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs
Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design concepts to enhance marketing initiatives

The base pay for this position is targeted at $85,000 - $110,000 per year
