We're seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who radiates a passion for creative brilliance and possesses a wealth of expertise across every facet of the design process. As a cornerstone of our team, you'll be pivotal in crafting compelling creative solutions, drawing upon your expert craftsmanship and strategic acumen.

We would love you to:

• Lead the design process for visual communication materials, encompassing digital and print media, to effectively engage target demographics.
• Collaborate closely with team and stakeholders to conceptualise and realise innovative design solutions.
• Ensure design deliverables meet exacting quality standards and align seamlessly with brand identities and business imperatives.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects, delivering results within tight deadlines in a dynamic workspace.
• Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and refinement.
• Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback to elevate their work and foster their professional growth.
• Actively participate in design reviews and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders, showcasing creative achievements.

Must haves:

• Minimum 8 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on visual communication materials.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in art direction, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma and Microsoft Powerpoint.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Comprehensive understanding of design principles and best practices, applied to craft impactful design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, facilitating effective teamwork across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organisational skills, enabling adept management of multiple projects concurrently within fast-paced environments.
