Santé is seeking Full-Time Senior Grant Accountant to join our team in Silver Spring, MD! In this hybrid role, you will work independently in a team environment focusing on the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of grant services within our organization.

What Youll Do:

• Supervise and prepare all required grant agency invoices and reimbursement requests to the appropriate agencies and post to the appropriate ledgers to ensure continuous cash flow.

• Independently create and prepare grant and program budgets.

• Responsible for monthly grants account reconciliation to assure all grant revenues, and expenses, accounts receivable and deferred revenues are recorded in the appropriate months

• Oversee and coordinate annual grant reports, grant program budgets, budget modifications, contract proposals, and funding allocations.

• Monitor all grants activity including salary allocations and distributions for allowable charges by program and against budget.

• Provide routine status reports, enter monthly journal entries, and assist with annual company budget preparation.

• Communicate with funders, grant agency monitors, program directors, and finance team.

What We Require:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field of study and five (5) years of related experience.

• Preferred experience in Grant Accounting.

• Preferred CPA License.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
