Work on IT Governance Risk and Compliance, specifically working with Information Technology Infrastructure implementation and operation including: server hosting life-cycle virtual server technology like VMWare or HyperV solutions, Microsoft Active Directory Management and Administration, Cybersecurity operations focused on account management, vulnerability management and patching life-cycle, IT controls like Disaster and Recovery. Participate in full IT environment which includes application development, infrastructure, governance and support.

Conduct risk assessments and audits. Use computer security technology, systems and tools; use VMWARE Active Directory Security Applications.

Performs other duties as assigned.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Help manage forecasts models with updates to data and assumptions utilized</li><li>Review external research reports and provide insight for corporate projections</li><li>Provide financial reporting and analysis for various business units and product mix to assist in strategic planning</li><li>Provide financial guidance and analysis over the full P&amp;L including profitability analysis, operating expense trends, and cost accounting</li><li>Develop budgets and forecasts, and streamline processes and procedures</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The qualified Senior Financial Analyst must have a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related area with approximately 4+ in corporate finance.&nbsp; Strong Excel skills (e.g., V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Index Match, Indirect) are required and prior experience with an ERP system, such as Oracle, is highly preferred as well as data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI.&nbsp; Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess the impact of operations on financial results are required.&nbsp; In addition, the qualified candidate should have strong cognitive, communication, and leadership skills.&nbsp; The ability to work independently but also as a contributing team member is required along with a positive, optimistic attitude/mindset.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>For further details, candidates should send their resume in MS Word format to Qualified candidates will be contacted for further consideration.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.</p> Talented Search Group Calabasas CA
