Supports scheduling preparing and executing meetings and events on and off site

Coordinates audiovideo and facility support; prepares slides and other materials to support meetings and events as well as supporting close out activities including disseminating meeting minutes

Previous experience scheduling and executing meetings within the IC is preferred

Previous event management experience is preferred

Education and Experience Requires BABS and 3 years of experience or no degree and 9 years of experienceTSSCI wPoly level clearance is required
