Senior Global Program Manager, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
About the role:The DIBS (Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging) team is looking for a passionate, strategic and impact-oriented program leader to help scale our DIBs strategy. You will be responsible for developing and scaling programs across LinkedIn's global organization, beginning with a focus on hiring, retaining and developing talent from under-represented groups. You'll partner with senior business leaders across functions as well as partners in HR, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition to scale existing programs and build out new capabilities. We're looking for someone who can both devise a strategy and dig in and execute effectively in a matrixed and sometimes ambiguous environment. Most of all, we're looking for someone who is passionate about our vision of creating a thriving community of diverse professionals in tech.

Deeply understand the needs of our employee, prospective employee and partner communities
Build strong partnerships and relationships with senior business and talent leaders
Develop a strategy, working closely with business units, to execute on LinkedIns DIBs strategy, beginning with a focus on underrepresented groups
Work with leadership teams to scale and, where appropriate, standardize programs
Partner with external and internal partners (e.g., consultants, Learning & Development) to build content and experiences for LinkedIn employees
Measure impact of programs on key diversity, inclusion and belonging aspirational goals
Project manage workstreams to ensure effective delivery from pilot to scale
Understanding of and passion for Diversity & Inclusion
Outstanding strategic chops with an ability to prioritize effectively to focus on the most important things to drive impact
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization up to the Executive Staff
Operating expertise with a track record of getting things done through cross-functional partnerships
A broad enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation of strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies and governance
Experience working in fast paced, high-growth, and results orientated environment that demands excellence
Program management expertise with an ability manage multiple in-flight initiatives and stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrable ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization, including written and verbal communications
