About The Role:

As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will lead geotechnical projects from inception to completion, driving innovation and ensuring top-tier quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Your technical expertise in geotechnical analysis, design, and execution will be critical in solving complex challenges. You'll also play a key role in client relations, ensuring project success and profitability. By mentoring your team and managing each project phase, you'll play a key role in improving efficiency, refining processes, and raising departmental standards.

• Oversee meticulous site inspections, analysis, and detailed reporting.

• Drive continuous process improvements, enhancing efficiency and project outcomes.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring project success and profitability.

• Mentor and develop a high-performing geotechnical team.

About You:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geological, Mining, or Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field

• You have 8+ years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering

• You have 5+ years in a Project Manager role, a plus

• You have a Professional Engineer (PE) license

• You can demonstrate strong business development skills

• You can assist in the field and conduct project site visits as needed
