Senior Full Stack Engineer

Gryps is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to spearhead the design, development and improvement of our "Deliver Platform". As a Senior Fullstack Engineer / Tech Lead, you will play a key role in developing and scaling our applications. You will need to take charge of new features as well as be a collaborative team member. Our ideal candidate will have experience in all parts of full-stack development, from design to development to deployment and beyond.

We have an exciting roadmap in progress, focusing on integrating large language models, enhancing intelligence, and refining user experience.

The Deliver platform serves as the conduit for data to reach the right hands, facilitating data democratization within the $10T construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead our Deliver Platform team by working across the full stack, building solutions that enable great user experiences

• Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and product requirements

• Provide mentorship and conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality standards

• Collaborate closely with members of different teams (Connect, Intelligence and Data teams)

• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with React and Javascript / TypeScript

• Strong understanding of React features like hooks, suspense, and context

• Experience with server-side language such as Python / Node.JS

• 3+ years of experience building APIs and designing SQL or NoSQL databases.

• Strong understanding of a good UX and enjoying thinking through and implementing intuitive UI Proficiency in unit and integration testing

• Experience in architecting and productionizing infrastructure on a cloud platform like AWS, including services like DynamoDB and Lambda

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a founding or early engineer in SaaS startups.

• Involvement in strategy and product roadmap discussions

• Experience leading UI/UX efforts to design an optimal experience

• Being comfortable with AWS serverless services like Amplify, DynamoDB, Lambda
