Suzy is hiring a Senior Front End Developer (Angular) in order to help build out Suzy's presentation layer across a variety of web experiences. You will collaborate with cross functional, agile teams in order to deliver on the product roadmap. Suzy is a fast moving and innovative environment within a growing company with areas to innovate including data visualization, utilization of web sockets and related animations, and state management. You have a deep understanding of JavaScript, particularly Angular 14, and are highly motivated and interested in exploring and working with new technologies. You take great pride in your final product and the smallest details around delivering a functional and visually appealing experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Angular, HTML and CSS in order to build out features across Suzy's web experiences

• Collaborate with UX and UI Designers to ensure that you are delivering on their designs and communicating any technical limitations or considerations

• Work with Back End developers on any integrations and dependencies, making sure that features are working on an end-to-end basis

• Execute explicit designs and apply intuitive styling to match the product's look and feel when necessary

• Work closely with Product Management and technical leadership in order to plan sprints and manage tickets

Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant Front End experience

• 2+ years experience with Angular 14

• 2+ years developing single page applications

• Angular experience needs to be current and relevant

• Strong understanding of Angular Services

• Strong understanding of Containers and Components (smart and dumb components)

• Must understand of RXJS

• A plus is use of state management system such as NGRX or familiarity of state management based on Flux Architecture

• Well versed in Javascript best practices and philosophy

• Expert-level understanding of HTML and CSS

• Experience with Front End tooling such as gulp, less, scss and etc.

• Experience working with REST and API integration

• Proficient in any of the following: ReactJS, NodeJs, ES6

• Experience with data visualization

• Pragmatic approach to development

• Understanding of and opinion on UX and a strong interest in making intuitive UI

• Experience with .Net environments is a plus

• The target base compensation for this role is $127,500 - $172,500 / yr.

• Remote candidates will be considered but the preferred location for this role is Wilmington, NC and is relocation eligible.
