We are seeking an FGPA Software Engineer to work in our Clarksburg MD office. You will be part of small product development teams working with extremely talented, motivated people who take pride in knowing our products perform when it counts. You will also be able to see your design and development being manufactured right in our factory.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in FPGA architecture design.

  • Develop FPGA code and test bench development.

  • System integration and test on target platforms.

  • System functions and performance evaluation in LAB.

  • Participate in TDSI Agile/SCRUM software development process.

  • Maintain a high ethical standard of practice, including compliance with all company procedures.

  • Develop signal processing, communication protocol software for an advanced communication system.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship Required.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Level Security Clearance upon hire.

  • BS in EE with at least four years relevant experience or MS in EE with minimum 2 years of professional experience.

  • Experience in FPGA programming in Verilog and/or VHDL HDL languages.

  • Experience in FPGA development tools such as ModelSim, Synplify Pro, Altera/XILINX tools etc.

  • Knowledge in meta-stability and timing analysis.

  • Understanding of wireless communication theory and MODEM development is a plus.

  • Good communication skills and self-motivation.

  • Ability to comply with all Company guidelines, policies, procedures and embrace Company Core Values.
