Senior Fp&A Analyst

Position Responsibilities:

Business Partnering: Business case development, decision support, resource allocation scenarios, variance analysis, deliver management and board level reporting, support CxO members in presentation preparations

• Serve as the financial business partner to the G&A support functions

• Executive Operations (CEO / SVP Business Planning)

• Finance, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Procurement (CFO / CIRO, VP Finance, VP Corp Comms)

• Business Development (Chief Business Officer)

• IT (CIO)

• Legal & Compliance (General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer)

• Human Resources (CHRO)

• QA (VP QA)

• Serve as the financial business partner to the Medical Affairs sub-functions

• HQ Medical Affairs

• Field Medical Affairs

• HEOR (Health Economics & Outcomes Research)

• Medical Affairs Operations

Forecasting/Budgeting: Lead and manage all budgeting (annual), forecasting (quarterly + ad hoc), and long range planning for above functions, in addition to Home office overhead (planning for rent / insurance / and

Expense Management & Accruals: Responsible for contract review & approval, Purchase Order management, and developing and ensuring accurate monthly expense accruals.

Management Reporting: Monthly & Quarterly budget/plan vs. actuals, maintaining up to date full year forecast (including between quarterly forecasting periods) with good visualizations, and developing and maintaining executive level dashboards.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

• 3+ years relevant finance and/or accounting experience

• 1+ year FP&A experience preferred

• 1+ year Pharma/biotech experience preferred

• High level Excel knowledge, skill, and speed

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of management

• Superior planning and prioritization abilities

• Good understanding of US GAAP accounting standards

• Experience learning and working with financial systems (ERP, FP&A software)

Compensation:

Base salary is determined by several factors that include, but are not limited to, a successful candidate's qualifications, skills, education, experience, business needs, and market demands. The role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits, which include flexible paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance.
