Senior Fp&A Analyst

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. You will play a critical role in developing financial models, analyzing performance, and providing insights to drive growth and profitability.

We’re looking for a strategic-minded analyst to step in and push forward our finance and analytical function. The ideal candidate has finance chops but can flex into other parts of the organization to help analyze business data and build decision frameworks and processes

This role is based out of our headquarters in Austin, TX; relocation support will be provided to a remote hire

Responsibilities

• Own the company's operating model, including projected P&L performance and cash flow, alongside monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Serve as the analytical lead for key strategic cross-functional projects and financial planning efforts, collaborating with teams across the organization.
• Drive the annual budget process, ensuring alignment with the long-term strategic plan and tracking performance throughout the year.
• Play a key role in the development of investor relations materials, including quarterly Board of Directors and investor updates.
• Revamp and maintain revenue forecast models, providing insights and strategic input to support business planning.
• Lead various ad-hoc projects related to company strategy and operations, leveraging your analytical skills to drive impactful outcomes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in an analytical and data-driven role such as investment banking, consulting, or finance & strategy in a corporate environment
• Must be an analytical, strategic thinker with the ability to learn new concepts quickly
• Highly proficient in Excel, financial modeling and Powerpoint / Google Slides. 
• Some experience with SQL or Python a plus
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel or consumer sectors a plus
• Ability to draw concise conclusions from complex and detailed data, and present results to leadership team at Huckberry
• Comfort with ambiguity, and ability to improve processes and build business decision frameworks
• A strong growth mindset
