Hajoca has over 400 locations nationwide, called Profit Centers; and at the foundation of our family of businesses is a National Support Center (NSC) where Centers of Excellence are dedicated to enabling the success of our Profit Centers.

The Information Systems team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Manager at their Lafayette Hill, PA office.

This is a hybrid position; 4 days in office and 1 day remote.

About the Role:

You will:

  • Collaborate with Corporate Finance leaders, process owners, and external consultants to develop and maintain end-to-end financial processes.

  • Manage, recruit, hire, and develop an IT team responsible for implementing and managing internal financial systems, including SAP S4/HANA - RISE and related boundary applications.

  • Partner with Corporate Finance leaders and process owners to design and implement future state Finance processes.

  • Serve as the technical lead focused on migrating legacy General Ledger (GL), Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Cash Application processes from legacy systems into SAP S4/HANA.

  • Communicate effectively and partner with key business stakeholders at all levels on a regular basis to ensure alignment and successful system operations.

  • Collaborate with external consultants to ensure successful SAP system configuration, data integration, and solution implementation.

  • Manage financial systems in a cloud environment, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.

  • Lead and manage projects related to financial systems.

  • Ensure financial systems are aligned with overall business objectives and strategies.

  • Stay updated with the latest SAP Financial System technologies, trends, and best practices.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize the value of our SAP investment.

  • Prepare quarterly system reviews for senior management.

  • Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.

  • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field, or relevant work experience.

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in financial systems management; including a prior SAP/Financial systems implementation in a cloud environment.

  • 3+ years of management experience

  • Experience delivering end-to-end technical solutions.

  • Demonstrated project management expertise, including the ability to manage complex projects.

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Be able to communicate openly, clearly, and effectively, and successfully translate and communicate technical concepts to non-technical leadership.

  • Possess the robust business acumen, coordination skills, and supervisory competence required to efficiently manage prioritizing initiatives.

  • Have strong listening skills and the ability to recognize potential conflicts and resolve them accordingly.

  • Maintain strong hands-on technical competence with the ability to learn and stay ahead of evolving technology.

  • Be able to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams that include both business and technical teams.

  • Have experience managing and developing a team of technology professionals.

  • Be customer service oriented and have a strong desire to meet the needs of external and internal customers.

  • Be results oriented and focused on attaining goals and objectives.

  • Be able to successfully work with remote direct line management and virtual team members and use remote communication and collaboration methods.
