Overview:
Citadel's Senior Financial Service Representatives are on the front line in our retail offices and are relied upon to provide advanced product knowledge and perform complex financial transactions. As a Senior Financial Service Representative, you will work one-on-one with our members to provide customer service, address their questions or concerns, and work alongside our Financial Service Representatives to ensure members leave the branch feeling confident in their financial well-being.

Your Responsibilities

At Citadel we believe in people helping people. Your duties would include:

  • Establishing and building relationships with existing and potential members while providing quality financial guidance

  • Making product recommendations that benefit our members by fulfilling their current and future needs

  • Accurately performing members' financial transactions

  • Providing Citadel Class Service (Accuracy, Value, Respect, and Convenience)

This opening will be shared between our Glen Mills and Kennett branches.

Requirements

What We Need:

  • An engaging, personable individual who is committed to providing the highest level of service to our members

  • A goal oriented professional with at least 2 years of sales experience

  • A customer service phenomenon with at least 2 years of cash handling experience

  • A highly motivated, computer savvy, and ethical individual

  • Availability on Monday through Thursday 8am to 5:30pm, Friday 8am to 7:30pm, and Saturdays 8:30am to 2:30pm

  • Notary & Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities The Americas Senior Financial Analyst – Operations will report directly to the Americas Cost Director, with dotted line reporting to the Operations Director. The Americas Senior Financial Analyst – Operations is responsible for all aspects of internal management reporting, planning and forecasting within the Americas Region for Operations and serves as the trusted partner to the Americas Operations Leadership. The position will interface with all levels within Operations, Finance and the Business Teams providing management with the necessary analysis, insight and advice to support decision making (operating, accounting and business decisions). * Perform detailed financial planning, reporting, and analysis of the Americas operational footprint that includes over 21 manufacturing sites and approximately $0.8 billion in raw material spend * Coordinate with Americas operations leaders to provide monthly Operations reporting (COGS, freight and warehousing) / dashboards and help identify indicators for future improvement opportunities * Lead the regional operations annual budgeting and monthly outlook process * Partner with manufacturing site cost analysts to perform in-depth analysis of fixed and variable COGS * Serve as liaison between Operations and regional Operations Finance and FP&A for Capex reporting and forecasting * Validation of capital project business cases * Coordinate with Procurement and regional Operations Finance and FP&A teams to understand and quantify future impact of changing raw materials * Collaborate with Procurement category managers to evaluate make vs. buy sourcing decisions using internal production cost and external toll manufacturing price data * Work cross functionally to analyze and forecast inventory and understand its impact on working capital and cash flow Qualifications Education and Experience Qualifications: * Minimum of 5-8 years of work experience in Operations Finance, FP&A, corporate finance or accounting * Degree(s): Bachelor's degree from a leading institution in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics * Master's degree in business administration, CPA, CMA or related field, a plus * Experience working for a leading global manufacturing business, in a public company or private company environment Required Skills: * Must have experience in Operations Finance and / or FP&A (preferably for a manufacturing company) * Fluency with MS Office; SAP and Business Warehouse * Cost accounting knowledge * Master data management * A proven track record as an effective finance business partner with a strong internal customer service focus * Strong analytical skills, able to summarize complex data and data analytics (turn data into information) * Strong problem-solving /process improvement skills * Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills * Strong relationship building skills * Well-developed interpersonal skills working with senior levels of management Axalta Coating Systems Glen Mills PA
