Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
2.Two years of proactive sales experience preferred for FSA (two years required for Sr. FSA and three years required for Sr. FSA II).
3.Retail banking experience preferred (two years required for Sr. FSA & three years required for Sr. FSA II).
4.Must be a mortgage certified employee (MCE) for Sr. FSA II.
5.Life and Health insurance required (Sr. FSA and Sr. FSA II only).
6.Series 6 and 63 investment licensing preferred. (preferred for Sr. FSA only & required for Sr. FSA II).
7.Meet credit report and criminal background/fingerprint requirements associated with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry and/or Financial Industry Regulatory Authority registration process.
8.Excellent oral and written communication skills.
9.Exhibit a professional, helpful attitude along with the ability to positively interact with customers and co-workers.
10. Demonstrate ability to identify customer needs and implement an effective solution in a rapidly changing environment.
11. Able to meet deadlines and manage pressure to attain banking center sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
12. Demonstrate proficient computer skills.
13. Assertive communication skills along with a focus for sales.

Functions

Mission Market retail banking products and services to consumer and small business customers, face to face or over the phone, in order to grow, retain and maximize profit for the bank. Offer customized banking solutions to customers utilizing the account recommendation tool (ART) to capture the customer conversation and needs.

Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage customer contact and leads to maximize new and existing deposit relationships through cross-selling of all retail banking products. Deliver an exceptional customer service experience while responding to daily customer inquiries.

Under the direct supervision of the CGI Management Team, the Passport Support Associate will perform various clerical and repetitive manual functions in a production-oriented office environment. Your future duties and responsibilities: * Operate various office equipment and machinery in the preparation, processing, and mailing of passports and passport related documents * Utilize the current TDIS-PD and PRISM computer operating systems to include document preparation, creation of document batches, document imaging (scanning) and reviewing, retrieval of individual application information, data entry, book printing, quality control, generation of mailing labels, and sorting and affixing postage to sealed envelopes * Perform searches for customer Passport applications, as requested * Contact customers by phone for verification of mailing address and other information in response to telephone calls or e-mails received through the National Passport Information Center (NPIC) * Generate Informational Response Letters (IRLs) to request additional information/documentation for adjudicated passport applications * Follow a pre-set pattern for document sequencing * Basic filing to insert and retrieve applications packages from file cabinets * Cashiering duties as needed * Public counter info and will call duties Required qualifications to be successful in this role: * High School diploma or equivalent * Two (2) years of general office experience * Two (2) years of experience in an office environment performing customer service functions * Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Good data entry skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, standing, sitting, reaching, twisting, sealing envelopes, filing, and reading * Ability to work in one place or transverse the office on a continuing basis * Ability to transport thirty (30) lbs. * Second Shift Hours: 4:00pm-12:30am Due to the nature of the government contract and clearance requirements, United States citizenship is required. #CGIFEDERALJOB What you can expect from us: Build your career with us.
