This role will support the Optum Insight Provider Market, serving as a key strategic partner to the Product organization. Success in this role will be dependent on an ability to lead, navigate and influence strategic change across a matrix environment, communicate effectively, quickly adapt to changing priorities in the context of a fast paced and high-growth environment that has a long-term commitment to making health care better for everyone.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform financial modeling and data analysis to support product lifecycle management decisions
• Develop and implement novel pricing and go-to-market strategies that will expand and deepen customer relationships
• Enable effective capital investment prioritization aligned with growth objectives
• Identify and monitor execution of strategic margin objectives and risks
• Own relationships with senior leaders within the Product organization
• Mentor and develop analyst level individuals across our matrixed Finance organization

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• 4+ years of proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• 4+ years of financial modeling with business drivers
• 4+ years of advanced experience with Excel (experience with pivot tables, database / logic formulas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
• Experience with financial reporting systems

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
