About the Role

We are seeking a business minded finance professional to join our Customer Experience (CX) FP&A team. The ideal candidate will assist in forecast, close, and budgeting activities.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the SVP of Services Subscription and staff.

• Run the Services Subscription P&L and control headcount for the Services Subscription and Managed Partners organization.

• Prepare monthly & quarterly financial package, and communicate variances to plan/budget to business partners and other key stakeholders.

• Support the business to determine future renewals, cost of service, and headcount expectations.

• Provide regular and ad hoc quantitative and qualitative financial analyses around key performance indicators and develop insights on business performance based on the interpretation of financial results.

• Support the company's annual and long-range process for area of responsibility.

• Own the financial management of the all-up P&L for Services Subscription programs.

• Track and ensure positive investment ROI.

• Provide financial oversight over headcount and build a productivity dashboard for the business.

• Seek out new insights for revenue generation; implement cost-cutting procedures and monitor expenses and resource allocation.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Minimum 6+ years related FP&A experience.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the attitude to deliver and think ahead.

• Maturity to drive things forward and be a proactive communicator.

• Strong technical, analytical, communication, and influencing skills.

• Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.

• Positive, self-starter attitude with an eagerness to learn and improve.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to synthesize complex topics and data into clear and concise actionable insights.

• Knowledge of Workday Financials or Adaptive Planning a plus.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $130,900 USD - $196,300 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $101,100 USD - $196,300 USD
