Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Americas business unit. The Americas business unit is our largest geography, where we actively compete in diverse, complex markets throughout the US, Canada, and Latin America. We aspire to lead our market in growth every year, through world class customer support and innovation passionate about solving important customer needs. This position will primarily be responsible for supporting our Service and Chemistry businesses for all the Americas. This position reports directly to our Sr Finance Manager in Americas Finance.

Responsibilities

• Build business partner relationships with the leaders of the Service and Chemistry organizations, providing FP&A support to drive business performance, in addition to the development of forecast submissions and annual operating plan

• Lead the processes related to the development and analyses for forecasts and annual operating plan

• Responsible for month-end processes including reporting, journal entries, balance sheet management, variance analysis, reconciliation, and collaboration with cross functional teams for financial activities related to areas of support

• Development and reporting of key operational metrics/KPI's, passionate about commercial performance and efficiency

• Manage and drive active collaboration with key stakeholders and cross-functional departments to ensure achievement of financial targets and objectives

• Provide insights and analytics that assist the organization in making business decisions

• Proactively identify performance trends and financial risks to make recommendations for improvement

• Ad hoc projects, reporting, analytics, and business support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field of study

• 6+ years of relevant work experience

• Working experience with Microsoft Office - specifically Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel and complex formulas

• Experience with SAP, BPC and BW or Analysis for Office preferred

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently

• Strong communication skills - both oral and written #LI-Hybrid
