This Senior Finance Analyst plays a crucial role in driving the financial health and growth of the company. This position involves analyzing financial data, creating business cases for new products, and providing strategic recommendations to support informed decision-making by senior management. They collaborate with various departments to ensure accuracy and robustness of business cases; a requirement for all new product launches.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and provide support for R&D projects and initiatives.

• Collaborate with R&D teams to develop and manage project budgets.

• Perform financial modeling and forecasting to support decision-making within the R&D organization.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.

• Evaluate and provide recommendations on potential R&D investments and cost-saving initiatives.

• Conduct cost analyses and financial impact assessments for proposed R&D projects.

• Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures for the R&D organization.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls in all R&D activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and strategies with overall business objectives.
