  • Review monthly G&A financial results, coordinate cost center variance explanations and analyze material company variances and provide executive summary to senior leadership

  • Create, refine, and update metrics and coordinate presentations for Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings

  • Maintain national account reporting and monthly new business scorecards and support future Salesforce dashboard development

  • Review new and renewal deal business plans for compliance, consistency and adherence to company Levels of Authority

  • Approve and track capital expenditures against project budget; provide future projections for company D&A

  • Identify and analyze trend areas for the business, i.e. market growth, product lines, same store

  • Support budget and forecast development and review processes, including G&A, D&A and capital expense

  • Develop independent critical thinking of financial analysis and provide observations and recommendations to senior leadership

  • Perform IRR analyses

  • Perform various duties supporting our financial systems and maintenance as required

  • Perform various financial analyses for senior executives as required



  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Finance or related field

  • A minimum 4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst in a FP&A environment preferred

  • Technical proficiencies with Excel, Smartview/Essbase and PowerPoint required

  • Experience mining data from multiple data sources and creating reports outlining financial results, trends and ad hoc analyses

This role develops reporting and analysis to support leaderships financial decision making, provides insightful recommendations and ideas for process improvement. Key Areas of Responsibility * Proactively provide timely, insightful, actionable, and accurate financial reporting, analysis, and recommendations to key areas in the organization. * Develop periodic financial reporting presentations for the CFO and the Executive Committee meetings. * Build consolidated and segment level financial reports for the business. * Performs monthly reviews of the departmental financial performance vs. plan and prior year. This includes working with department heads and Finance leadership to assist them in understanding results. * Utilizes complex financial models to provide insight on performance targets. * Automates and improves financial planning processes. * Provides financial analysis support for key capital projects. * Builds successful partnerships with key internal customers and cross-functional teams. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications * 3 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting or finance. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields. Other Required Qualifications * Working knowledge of financial software tools such as PeopleSoft, Essbase, and Hyperion. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and charts). * Demonstrated ability to effectively present data to stakeholders for full scenario understanding. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to all stakeholders including senior leadership. * Proven track record of successfully meeting deadlines while providing high quality work. * Track record of identifying process improvements, making appropriate recommendations and creatively problem solving. * History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously, with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
