To help us continue to grow our offerings, we are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Business Partner to join our team. The Finance Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to the business unit President, and other key stakeholders, on the financial performance of this business unit, in areas related to the future state financial performance.

This including budgeting, financial insights on market conditions, alternative business scenarios and improving the quality of internal and external financial data to drive business decision making and performance.

This role requires a strong understanding of finance principles, business drivers and KPIs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, offering insights and recommendations to drive profitability and growth.

Provides a broad scale expert consultation, direction, and guidance for both functional and regional leadership to elevate business performance Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support decision-making processes. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and evaluate business strategies, initiatives, and investment opportunities. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure business performance.

Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and risk mitigation. Prepare financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders. Monitor and assess the financial impact of business initiatives, projects, and operational changes.

Builds business cases, including what-if analyses. Participate in budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the business. Ability to motivate others in a deadline driven environment and foster acceptance of change.

Supports ad hoc analysis, as required Proactively identify and address compliance risks, implement Quality and Compliance controls as appropriate, and maintain accurate records to meet regulatory requirements and uphold our commitment to ethical business practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA Required, MBA preferred. Proven experience (10years) in a finance role, with a focus on financial analysis, business partnering, or strategic planning.

Experience in the residential market space / home remodeling industry preferred Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to build trust through advocacy for division or staff function leadership team priorities Strategic mindset and ability to think critically and solve complex problems.

Strong business acumen and understanding of key drivers of financial performance. Self-Starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) and familiarity with BI tools and data visualization techniques.
