Senior Financial Analyst

Impact

As a Senior Financial Analyst, preferably working in Birmingham, AL or Minneapolis, MN you will make an impact by reporting and analyzing Shipt's last mile delivery results and delivering key insights to business partners. You'll interpret financial and operational performance to quantify business risks and opportunities and create goals and forecasts. You'll identify trends and develop strategies to generate business value in collaboration with operations, data science, and product teams. You will build relationships across functional teams and develop process improvements to advance the way we operate.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

• 2+ years FP&A experience

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint

• Self-directed, willing to take initiative and own/lead processes across teams

• Strong attention to detail ability to manage multiple priorities

• Ability to use data and analysis to draw conclusions and make recommendations to drive business results

• Consistently deliver results on time and a willingness to learn quickly

• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to swiftly pivot as needed

Work Arrangement:

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis.
