Growing Manufacturing company HQ'd in South Charlotte is anxious to hire a candidate with manufacturing experience who is less interested in accounting and wants to purse a finance path where he or she can make an impact on the organization.

You will play a key role in driving the financial performance of the commercial side of the business. This role will involve analyzing market trends, pricing strategies, capacity planning and customer profitability to support decision-making and drive revenue growth.

The company was recently formed through several acquisitions of small manufacturing operations and is in the process of migrating those organizations to a single, common technology. You will help to develop and influence the processes being adopted across the company's North American operational footprint as they continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing decisions for new business and profitability analysis for existing customers and products.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.

• Evaluate customer profitability, category profitability and product profitability to identify opportunities to increase margins.

• Prepare reporting dashboards and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making.

This is a 3 in, 2 out hybrid role, the office is in near the NC/SC border south of Charlotte.
